.Too COPIC MULTILINER PLUS Cobalt
EU customers: no VAT at checkout. On delivery you pay the carrier import VAT, a €3 customs duty per product category on orders under €150, and a handling fee. Details: b4comics.com/pages/import-duties-vat
All orders are shipped from Japan. VAT is no longer collected at checkout for EU customers, so your checkout total is lower by that amount. Instead, the carrier collects the charges on delivery, before handing over your parcel. On orders under €150 these are: your own country's import VAT, a €3 customs duty per product category, and the carrier handling fee. At €150 and above, the normal standard customs duties apply, exactly as before. The €150 is measured on the value of the goods only, before tax; shipping is not counted. The handling fee is set by the carrier and varies by country, so we cannot quote it in advance. B4Comics receives none of this money: it goes to your own customs authority and to the carrier. The COPIC Multiliner PLUS is the new refillable pigment fineliner from .Too, released in Japan in July 2026 to succeed the Multiliner SP. Its ink is waterproof and alcohol-proof, so you can ink your manga pages and color straight over the line art with COPIC markers without smearing. Both the ink cartridge and the nib can be replaced: the pen is made to last.
- Type: Refillable fineliner
- Ink color: Cobalt
- Ink: Water-based pigment ink, waterproof and alcohol-proof once dry (safe under COPIC markers), acid-free
- Tip sizes: 0.03 / 0.05 / 0.1 / 0.3 / 0.5
- Refills: COPIC Multiliner PLUS Ink Cartridge (Cobalt) and Spare Nibs, sold separately. Spare nibs are common to every ink color
- Compatibility: Parts are not compatible with the former Multiliner SP
According to the manufacturer, the new nibs are on average 70% more resistant to wear, write about 50% longer (measured on the 2.0) and hold up better under the eraser than the previous model.
