All orders are shipped from Japan. VAT is no longer collected at checkout for EU customers, so your checkout total is lower by that amount. On orders under €150 these are: your own country's import VAT, a €3 customs duty per product category, and the carrier handling fee. At €150 and above, the normal standard customs duties apply, exactly as before. The €150 is measured on the value of the goods only, before tax; shipping is not counted. The handling fee is set by the carrier and varies by country, so we cannot quote it in advance. B4Comics receives none of this money: it goes to your own customs authority and to the carrier.
