PLUS Deco Roll Decoration Roller Stamp 5mm - Cut Line (Pale Blue)
EU customers: no VAT at checkout. On delivery you pay the carrier import VAT, a €3 customs duty per product category on orders under €150, and a handling fee. Details: b4comics.com/pages/import-duties-vat
All orders are shipped from Japan. VAT is no longer collected at checkout for EU customers, so your checkout total is lower by that amount. Instead, the carrier collects the charges on delivery, before handing over your parcel. On orders under €150 these are: your own country's import VAT, a €3 customs duty per product category, and the carrier handling fee. At €150 and above, the normal standard customs duties apply, exactly as before. The €150 is measured on the value of the goods only, before tax; shipping is not counted. The handling fee is set by the carrier and varies by country, so we cannot quote it in advance. B4Comics receives none of this money: it goes to your own customs authority and to the carrier. A decoration roller stamp from PLUS's Deco Roll line: roll it across the page and it prints a dotted cut line with little scissors and the words "cut here" / キリトリ, in pale blue ink. The ink is a soft, pale shade that doesn't bleed through the paper, so you can write or colour over the pattern afterwards. Sized to underline a word, frame a heading or edge a page. Works on notebooks, planners, photo paper prints, cards and gift wrapping, and pairs well with PLUS Decorush. Single-use model, no refill.
