At B4Comics, we are committed to providing carefully packaged, high-quality products selected with care. Given the specific nature of many items we offer — especially consumables such as pens, inks, paper, and drawing supplies — our return policy has been designed to ensure a fair, clear, and appropriate process for handling such delicate items.
1. Order Verification Upon Delivery
Please check your order immediately upon delivery to ensure it matches what you ordered.
We do our best to guarantee quality, but if an item is defective or does not match your order, please contact us promptly.
We will offer an exchange, a refund, or a replacement at no cost, depending on your preference. In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.
2. Returns and Exchanges for Convenience
Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of delivery, and provided that:
- The product is new, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging.
- All accessories, labels, manuals, and protective elements are included.
- All items provided with the product (gifts, samples, inserts, or promotional extras) are also returned in their original condition.
The return must be shipped using a tracked shipping method.
Requests must be made through our website’s contact form or by replying directly to the order confirmation email.
Requests submitted via social media or chat will not be accepted in order to ensure clear and centralized communication.
If the return is accepted:
- Return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Only the product price will be refunded (initial shipping costs are non-refundable).
Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
If a package is returned to us due to a delivery refusal or failure to pick it up within the carrier’s deadline (e.g., post office or pickup point), we may issue a refund for the product only. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. If the package is returned in poor condition, damaged during return transit, and the contents are no longer resaleable, no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, product integrity, or traceability reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened, tested, or used products (e.g., pens, markers, inks, notebooks, erasers, paper, etc.).
- Markers, fineliners, unboxed mechanical pencils, technical pens, nibs, etc., which may have been used without visible signs and could be returned empty or partially used.
- Sale or promotional items.
- Products that were damaged or dirtied after delivery.
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products.
- Fragile items such as loose paper, board sheets, or opened notebooks.
- Items marked as non-returnable on their product page.
- Items received more than 7 days before the return request.
4. Shipping Damage
If your parcel was damaged during shipment and the items inside were affected, you must contact the carrier directly to report the issue.
We recommend that you:
- Take photos of the package before opening.
- Keep the original packaging.
- Contact the carrier’s customer service as soon as possible.
If needed, you may also inform us so we can advise you accordingly.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you of our decision.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Store credit can be offered instead of a refund upon request. Please contact us in advance if you prefer this option.
- Bank fees related to refunds (e.g., for wire transfers or cancellation charges) may be deducted from the total amount refunded.
- If payment was made by credit card, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
6. Order Modifications
If you wish to modify an already confirmed order (such as adding items or changing quantities), please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or by email.
